Products and orders

Product pages describe the item, options, price, and estimated shipping timing. Your order is subject to the details shown at checkout. We’ll email an order confirmation to the address you provide. Product images may include mockups which may vary in appearence to actual product; check the listing for materials, dimensions, and contents.

Pre Orders

Preorders are charged at checkout, before the item is ready to ship. Production and delivery to us take time. The estimated ship-by date or window appears on each product page. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we’ll offer you the choice to accept a delay or cancel the unshipped item for a refund. See our Shipping & Policy page.

Pricing and payment

Prices and shipping charges appear before payment. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if an item cannot be supplied, a listing contains a material error, or we cannot fulfill it.

Our Returns & Refunds page explains how to request help with an item, cancellation, or refund. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
