Cancellations before shipping
To request a cancellation, contact us with your order number within 24 hours. We’ll check the status of your order and confirm the options available.
Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled after this period as their funds have been allocated to production.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund as applicable. This reporting request does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. We’ll confirm when we issue it.
