Our site and service providers may collect technical details such as IP address, browser information, and cookies needed for cart, checkout, security, and site operation.
How we use it
We use this information to process payment, manage and deliver orders, contact you about preorders and shipping, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or other legal requirements. We send marketing messages only where you have signed up or where otherwise permitted, and provide an unsubscribe option.
Who receives it
We share only the information needed with services that run the store and fulfill orders, such as Stripe, WooCommerce, Brevo, collab partners, business partners, suppliers, shipping carriers, and our hosting provider. Payment providers handle card details; Soseika does not receive your complete payment card number nor details.

Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working. We may use additional analytical services and tracking to improve our services. We keep order records for 12 months and support messages for 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for a legal obligation or dispute.
