Here’s how preorders move from checkout to your doorstep.
Pre-Orders
A preorder reserves an item before it is produced or ready to ship. Payment is collected at checkout. We place production orders with suppliers, receive the items, then prepare and ship them ourselves.
Each preorder product page shows its estimated ship-by date or window. This includes production and delivery to us. Carrier delivery time begins after dispatch.
Shipping Origin and Costs
Available destinations and shipping methods appear at checkout before payment. We ship orders from theUnited States. The price shown at checkout depends on the destination, method, and items in your cart.
We send tracking information when the selected service provides it. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are paid by the user..
Orders with multiple items
We ship the full order when every item is ready.
If you need separately available items sooner, placing separate orders is the clearest option.
Shipping Date Changes
Production and transit estimates can change. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we’ll contact you with the revised timing and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a refund. If we cannot fulfill an item, we’ll cancel and refund it.
